Building on a storied military career, Tracy transitioned seamlessly into executive roles, including interim and permanent Deputy Network CEO, Health System Deputy , CEO, COO and Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing multi-site, multi-state integrated healthcare systems.  Her strategic approach addresses operational challenges through organizational development, workforce transformation, and high-reliability practices, fostering cultures of excellence that prioritize people experience, engagement, and well-being. 

Tracy is widely respected for cultivating collaborative, inclusive environments rooted in trust, transparency, and integrity.  her expertise spans executive coaching, talent acquisition, provider recruitment, and performance management, with a proven ability to lead large-scale projects, drive innovation through technology and AI, and manage revenue cycle along with P&L's exceeding $4B.
